The Essential Support Program is a client-choice food assistance program designed to provide an individually tailored shopping experience for those receiving Social Security, SSI, or SSDI.

Interviews are conducted on Thursday mornings at 9-11AM on a first come first serve basis.

Requirements for The Essential Support Program are listed below:

  • State Issued ID

  • Proof of residency for all household members (mail with name and address). Ideas for children: school records, doctor appointment printouts, or Medicaid paperwork.

  • Proof of income for all household members who are 18+ of age. *All household members over the age of 18 must provide income or be a student.

The Provisions Program exists to walk alongside families during seasons of unexpected hardship. We provide a personalized, dignified shopping experience that allows individuals to choose healthy foods that fit their family’s needs. By meeting this essential need, we help relieve financial strain and support families as they work toward renewed stability and self-sufficiency, grounded in hope and care.

Additional Assistance

Senior Assistance

We're involved in a program tailored for seniors, providing them with a monthly selection of non-perishable foods depending on their age and income. Additionally, we help them sign up for other beneficial resources like Meals on Wheels or SNAP.

Click here for more information on Meals on Wheels.

Connect

We'll tailor our support to meet the specific needs of our neighbors, connecting them with the right agencies and offering guidance on the steps required to access assistance. Collaborating with local agencies, we'll facilitate referrals and diligently follow up with interested individuals. We understand that navigating the system can be daunting, and we aim to alleviate that frustration and exhaustion by offering comprehensive support.

Our Hands, His Glory

We organize monthly or quarterly outreach initiatives where a team will assist those in need, whether it's construction projects or basic household tasks like building wheelchair ramps. Our goal is to offer practical support ensuring they receive the help they require for their homes.
